Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday 6:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
Q How far out do I have to schedule?
We aim to provide quality transportation and will do our best to accommodate all transportation requests. However, we do prefer a five-day notice to provide the best possible service.
Q. What measures do you take to ensure customer safety?
Caring Connections prioritizes your safety. All of our drivers undergo rigorous screening, including FBI/BCI background checks, driving record checks, fingerprinting, and drug screenings. We also conduct thorough interviews to ensure we select the most qualified and trustworthy individuals.
Our commitment to safety extends further, with drivers required to pass drug/alcohol tests, a physical exam, first aid/CPR certification, a defensive driving course, and PASS training.
Q. What is your service area?
Primarily serving Stark, Summit, and Portage counties, but we may be able to accommodate longer trips with advance notice.
